精品 PAGE 精品 山东科技职业学院 毕 业 设 计( 论 文) 论文题目:聚乳酸纤维的开发及应用 系 别:纺织学院 专 业:纺织品检验与贸易 班 级:08级2班 学生姓名:xxx 学 号xxx 指导教师:xxx 2011 年 6 月 摘要 玉米纤维是以玉米等谷物为原料生产的新型纺织原料，玉米纤维具有优良的性能：比重轻，制成品轻盈舒适；具有良好的手感和回弹性；吸湿性较好，易于染色，且色牢度较高；色泽柔和，制成品美观，抗紫外线能力强，阻燃性好；可生物降解，属环保再生材料。基于以上优点，玉米纤维具有广泛的应用价值。玉米纤维薄型色织物是利用玉米纤维为原料，经上浆、染色等工艺加工成的一种轻薄型纺织品，该产品可用于男女衬衫、春夏女装、童装的制作。 关键词：玉米纤维 工艺参数 小样 薄型色织物 整理 Abstract Corn-fibre is new-type of textile material which is produced with grain like corn as low material. corn-fibre is of lots of excellent property like low density, comfortable products making, good hand-touching sensation and rebound elasticity, good moisture absorption, easy dyeing with long colour-keeping, soft colour, beautiful products making, good anti-ultraviolet ray, good anti-combustion, easy degradation by organism, being environment-friending reproductive material. Based on these advantages, corn-fibre fabric is of great application value. The thin coloured corn-fibre fabic which is produced with corn-fibre as low material through processes like sizing, dyeing is light thin textile product which can be used for the production of men’s shirts, women’s shirts, women’s garments for spring and summer and children’s garments.
