New arrangement as below : 1. Personalized Octopus Card will be used as identification for entitlement to and automatic calculation of concessionary parking fee under the Privilege. This will replace the existing manual parking fee adjustment by car park staff. 2. The Privilege is only applicable to disabled persons/people with permanently mobility disabilities who have applied for it (“Applicants”) and have their Personalized Octopus Card (imprinted with Applicant’s name) pre-registered.
