喇叭盖冲压模三维设计及数控仿真加工
摘要:在传统的工业生产中,工人生产的劳动强度大、劳动量大,严重影响生产效率的提高。随着当今科技的发展, 工业生产中模具的使用已经越来越引起人们的重视。冲压模具可以大大地提高劳动生产效率,减轻工人负担,具有重要的技术进步意义和经济价值。本文叙述了冲压模具的发展状况,说明了冲压模具设计的重要性与本次设计的意义。经查阅资料,对零件进行工艺分析,完成了工艺方案的确定。然后进行拉伸力、冲裁力的计算和拉伸、冲裁工作部分的设计计算;对主要零部件进行设计和对标准件进行选择。通过以上计算完成复合模的成型和绘制。最后,将所设计的凸凹模进行数控仿真加工。本文介绍的模具结构简单实用,使用方便可靠,对类似工件的大批量生产具有一定的参考作用。

Three-dimensional design and CNC machining simulation of stamping die of speaker cover
Abstract: In the traditional industrial production, workers in labor-intensive production, labor, and seriously affect the production efficiency. With todays technology development, industrial production has been growing mold caused by the use of attention. Stamping die can greatly improve labor productivity, reduce the burden of workers, technological progress has an important significance and economic value. This paper describes the development of stamping die, stamping die design shows the importance and significance of this design. By access to information, to process analysis of the parts to complete the process of determining program. And then proceed to the tensile force, the calculation of blanking and tensile strength, punching part of the design and calculation of the work; the main components of the design and selection of standard parts. Calculated through the above-mentioned compound die to complete the forming and drawing. Finally, the convexity module designed for CNC machining simulation. The dies here discussed can be easily made, conveniently used, and safely operated. And it could be used as the reference in the large scale production of similar workpieces.
