摘 要
制造自动化技术是先进制造技术中的重要组成部分,其核心技术是数控技术。数控加工工艺分析与编程则是数控加工的核心,合理的工艺是保证数控加工质量。
数控技术是综合应用计算机、自动控制、自动检测及精密机械等高技术的产物,随着它们的发展而得到飞速发展。数控技术极大地推动了计算机辅助制造、柔性制造系统、计算机集成制造系统、虚拟制造系统和敏捷制造的发展,将朝着高速化、高精度化、多功能化、系统化与高可靠性等方向发展。随着社会的不断发展和先进技术的提高,在当今的制造业的各个企业中,不仅仅只是需要生产出质量合格的零件,而是对整个生产工艺提出了更高的要求以便提高加工效率生产出既经济又合格的零件,以谋求最大的利益。
本论文对泵盖进行了详细的工艺分析包括齿轮轴图工艺分析,确定装夹方案.确定走刀路线.选择刀具.工艺卡片。通过实例进一步说明数控技术的特点以及在制造业中所起的作用。

Abstract
Manufacturing automation technology is an important part of advanced manufacturing technology, its core technology is NC technology. Analysis and programming of NC machining process is the core of NC machining, a reasonable process is to ensure the machining quality.
The numerical control technology is the product of comprehensive application of computer, automatic control, automatic detection and precision machinery and other high technology, with the development of them and get rapid development. Digital technology has greatly promoted the computer aided manufacturing, flexible manufacturing systems, computer integrated manufacturing system, virtual manufacturing system and agile development, will develop to high speed, high precision, multi-function, systematic and high reliability etc.. With the continuous development of society and advanced technology to improve, each enterprise in todays manufacturing process, not only need to produce quality parts, but on the whole production process put forward higher requirements to improve processing efficiency to produce economical and qualified parts, in order to seek maximum benefits.
