某项目工程量清单与投标报价文件的编制 学校代码： 11059 学 号：1001021014 Hefei University 毕业设计（论文） BACHELOR DISSERTATION 论文题目：某 工程量清单 及投标文件编制 学位类别： 工学学位 学科专业： 工程管理 作者姓名： 导师姓名： 完成时间： 2014年5月 金地丽景住宅小区B16#楼工程量清单及投标文件编制 摘 要 本次毕业设计的题目是：金地丽景住宅小区B16#楼工程量清单及投标文件的编制。主要内容包括三个方面：工程量清单编制、撰写施工组织设计以及投标文件的编制。 此次毕业设计的完成主要分三步来完成： 首先，根据金地丽景住宅小区B16#楼的建筑图及结构图编写出工程量清单，清单主要包括分部分项工程量清单和措施项目清单以及规费、税金清单。 其次，根据施工图纸和工程量清单编写出施工组织设计。由于本工程所在地有一人防工程，基底需与人防工程标高对齐，所以基础在大开挖至-6.5m的条件下做桩基础，基础施工是一难点。同时由于地上部分层数较高：24层加一层阁楼，主体结构的剪力墙、模板、脚手架施工方案均是重中之重。 最后，根据工程量清单和施工组织设计同时参考《建设工程工程量清单计价规范GB50500-2008》和《安徽省建筑、装饰装修工程计价定额2009》编制出投标文件。本工程总造97元（其中分部分项工程量清单项目费8850879.39元，措施项目费1833532.99元，规费1263568.82元，税金429071.32元），单方造价1443.17元。 关键词：工程量清单；施工组织设计；投标文件 The Compilation of Bill of Quantities and Tender Documents in the Community of Jin Di Li Jing ABSTRACT The title of my graduation project is the compilation of bill of quantities and tender documents in the community of Jin Di Li Jing. It includes three main aspects: the compilation of bill of quantities, the compilation of organization design, the compilation of tender documents. It includes the sub-part of the bill of quantities, the measures of the bill of the quantities and the list of fees and taxes. Then, according to the working drawing and the bill of the quantities to compile the construction design. Because the location of the project has a civil defense, the base needs to aligns with the elevation of the civil defence, so you need to digging it to -6.5M and then construct the pile foundation, the underlying construction is a difficulty.
