摘要
随着时间的推移,人们对工作的认知和理解不断发展。所谓的工作不仅仅是指处理文件、驾驶汽车等具体的工作任务和行为,也包括与同事和上级交往,遵守公司的规章制度,符合绩效评价的标准,承受各种压力,承担各种责任等。对工作的满意与否再也不是单单收入说了算。过去我们持有的理念是“大河有水小河满,大河无水小河干”,让员工无私奉献。现代理念则认为,“小河有水大河满,小河无水大河干。”员工有活力,自然会生产出高质量的产品,提供优质的服务,用户必然愿意买企业的产品,涓涓小河必然汇成大河。现代理念表明,管理者要善待员工,否则笑到最后的绝不是你。可以说,只有让员工满意,才能充分地调动员工的积极性。
