浙江民营企业员工满意度的研究
摘 要
随着市场的变化和竞争的加剧,企业管理层对员工满意度的重视与日俱增。企业的管理者,愈来愈认识到对于一个企业而言,任何经营策略,任何营销方案,最终要依靠员工来完成。相反的,员工对企业内部的流程,对企业的经营管理的认同程度,直接影响到员工的工作心态,最终影响企业的战略目标的完成。因此,员工已经成为企业有效的对外竞争因素。对民营企业而言,员工受到其他企业的诱惑大,一些核心员工的流失造成了企业的经济损失。增加员工对工作的满意度,留住员工不仅影响到企业的生存和发展,也决定的企业的发展前途。民营企业增加员工的归属感,提高员工满意度和认同度,不仅增加了企业的凝聚力,而且提升了内部管理水平,提高企业的竞争实力。
本文围绕民营企业的满意度影响因素和如何提高员工满意度,通过问卷调查的形式对浙江康桥汽车工贸集团股份有限公司进行员工满意度的调查和研究。分析得出员工满意度不高的影响因素,并提出相关建议。

Along with the changes in the market and competition intensifies, enterprise management to the attention of the employee satisfaction is growing. Enterprise managers, pay more and more attention to for a companies, any business strategy, any marketing plan, ultimately to rely on staff to complete. Instead, employees of enterprise internal, the process of enterprise management the degree of agreement, directly affect employees work attitude, ultimately affect the enterprise strategic goals are met. Therefore, employees have become enterprise effective foreign competition factors. Employees of private enterprises by other enterprises concerned, the lure of big, some of the key employee erosion caused the enterprise economic losses. Increase employee to job satisfaction, retain employees not only affect the enterprises survival and development of enterprises, and determine the development prospect. The private enterprise to increase staff belonging, improved employee satisfaction and identities, not only increased the cohesive affinity of the enterprise, but also raise the level of internal management, improving the competitive power of enterprises.
This paper focus on private enterprises satisfaction influence factors and how to improve employee satisfaction, the form of questionnaire survey of Zhejiang Kangqiao motor industry and trade group Co., LTD employee satisfaction survey and research. Conclusion the employee satisfaction is not high, and the influence factors of related Suggestions.
