上市公司股利分配分析 ——以云南白药公司为例 摘 要 在近二十年的时间里，我国证券市场经历了飞速发展，走过了西方国家近百年的历程。我国的股利政策研究起步较晚，对于现金股利分配方面的研究没有太多的成果。股利分配政策在很大程度上对公司的业绩和政策产生了很大的影响，在企业不同的阶段会采取不同的股利分配政策，本文以云南白药为例，简述了云南白药在股利政策的现状，概括了在股利分配中存在的一些问题，并分析了其影响因素，最后提出了相关的措施，进一步来看希望对云南白药以及我国其他上市公司在股利分配政策实施提供理论借鉴。 关键字：现金股利；股利分配；分配政策 ABSTRACT In recent twenty years, Chinas securities market has experienced rapid development, through the course of western countries nearly a century. The dividend policy research in China starts late, for not a lot of achievement on cash dividend distribution. Dividend distribution policy in the very great degree on the performance and policy of the company had a great influence, in the high free cash flow of the company will take high cash dividend policy, yunnan baiyao is one of the typical representative, however, in the enterprise different stages will take different dividend distribution policy, yunnan baiyao, for example, this paper briefly describes the present situation of yunnan baiyao in dividend policy, summarizes some problems in the dividend distribution, and analyses its influence factors, finally puts forward the relevant measures, further to see hope of yunnan baiyao and other listed companies in China dividend distribution policy to provide theoretical reference.
