文采用循环伏安法和差示脉冲伏安法研究了黄芩素在纳米金修饰电极上的电化学行为,具体考察了支持电解质
和缓冲溶液的 pH 及扫速等测定条件。结果:在 pH 6.0 的 PBS 缓冲溶液中,黄芩素氧化峰电流I与其浓度C在
1.25×10-7~6.98×10-6 mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为I =0.0414x(C )+0.8159,r =0.9956,依据
p 黄芩素
LOD=3σ/S,该方法的检测限为4.56×10-8 mol/L。结论:该方法操作简便,灵敏度高,可用于实际样品中黄芩素的
直接测定。

Abstract:Objective :To study the electrochemical behavior of scutellarein on the glassy carbon electrode
modified with nano-gold and establish a novel method for the determination of scutellarein. Methods :In
this paper,electrochemical behavior of scutellarein on the glassy carbon electrode modified with nano-
gold was studied by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry. The experimental parameters
such as the supporting electrolyte,pH of buffer solution,scan rate and other measurement conditions were
