生物免疫系统是一个复杂的白适应系统。人们通过对它的研究可以得到很多启发,其中人工免 疫系统(AIs)就是生物免疫系统研究的一个应用。人工免疫系统在工程中的应用是当今的一大课题, 具有很大的发展前景,同时将人工免疫应用于控制领域也具有很深刻的意义。
本文简要的介绍了人工免疫系统的发展以及在控制领域中所用到一些理论基础,其中包括基于 免疫学原理开发的克隆选择算法和动态规模免疫算法,以及免疫遗传和免疫进化算法;同时基于双 因子调节免疫动力学方程尝试设计了一种基于双因子调节的免疫控制器,并对其控制效果进行了仿 真研究,然后与传统的PID控制器进行对比;最后利用设计的基于双因子调节的免疫控制器对双容 式被控对象、三容式被控对象进行控制,并与实际的PID控制进行对比,通过大量的实验,得出了 相应的控制曲线,从而验证了该算法的有效性。最后对双容串级被控对象进行实验,分别以不同的 控制器对被控对象进行控制,寻求最佳的控制方案。
本文主要包括概述、人工免疫系统的发展以及它的研究内容和范围、人工免疫控制器的设计和 仿真以及利用所设计的人工免疫控制器在A3000装置的应用。

Biology immune system is complex,self-adapt system.People can get much inspiration by researching it,and the Artificial Immune System(AIS)is the one of this research’S application.The application of the Artificial Immune System in project application is a now big topic,and have huge perspective,and the Artificial Immune System applying in the control domain have a profound meaning.
This paper introduces simply the Artificial Immune System’S development and the foundational theory
to be used in the control theory,including clone choicealgorithm and dynamic scale immunity algorithm
based on immunology principle development,as well as immunity heredity and immunity evolution
algorithm;Meanwhile has attempted to design one kind immunity controller based on the double factor adjustment and the double factor adjust mentimmunity dynamic equation,and has conducted the simulation research to its control effect,and compares it with PID controller;and uses the immune controller that has been designed to control the double·container object and the three·container object,
compares it with PID controller,at last,look for the best controlling method from it.
This article mainly includes the outline,the artificial immunization system development as well as its
research content and the scope,the artificial immunization controller’S designing and simulation as well
as the using in the A3000 installment application.
