主管,如何做好管理工作（Supervisor, how to do the management work well） Arthroscopic rotator cuff suture for rotator cuff tears [Abstract] Objective: To explore the surgical method and clinical effect of rotator cuff suture under arthroscope for rotator cuff tears. Methods: from December 2002 to October 2005, 27 cases of rotator cuff tears were treated with arthroscopic rotator cuff suture. 25 cases were followed up for more than 1 years, including 12 males and 13 females, aged 35~67 years, with an average age of 54.3 years. Left shoulder in 6 cases, right shoulder in 19 cases, involving the superior side of 19 cases. 10 cases had partial tear of bursa, 1 of them had partial tear on the side of bursa and joint, and 14 cases were full-thickness tear. The anterior shoulder joint and the supraspinatus muscle exit X-ray film were taken before operation, 21 cases underwent B ultrasonic examination, and 23 cases underwent MRI or MRA examination. All cases underwent resection of the bursa and resection of the anterior horn. Rotator cuff repair: 1 cases were directly sutured at the end of the fracture, 15 cases were treated with suture anchors, and 9 cases were treated with suture and suture technique. UCLA shoulder scale was used to evaluate the preoperative and final follow-up. Results: the follow-up period was 1~3 years, with an average of 23 months. The average UCLA score was 32.3 + 2.3 points after operation. The pain score before and after surgery for an average of 2.6 + 0.9 to 8.6 + 1.4 (P=0.000), the mean functional score was 5 + 1.8 to 9.1 + 1 (P=0.000), active shoulder flexion score was 3.6 + 1.5 to 4.9 + 0.3 (P=0.000), anteflexion strength score was 4 + 0.6 to 4.7 + 0.5 (P=0.000), the differences were statistically significant. The results were excellent in 8 cases and good in 17 cases. All patients were satisfied with the effect of operation.
