基于高校合并下图书馆信息服务的研究 　　【摘 要】高校合并后的诟病之一就是院系利用图书馆数字资源的水平不均、差距悬殊，高校图书馆有必要探求更有针对性的服务策略。本次以广西科技大学医学院教师为调查对象，通过问卷调查、访问，分析教师利用图书馆数字资源的现状、行为特征及信息需求，发现存在电子资源检索方法不熟悉、获取原文困难、不明确电子资源服务的内容和特色等问题。最后就如何提升医学院教师资源利用能力和水平提出建设性意见。 　　【关键词】高校图书馆；高校教师；资源利用；信息服务 　　中图分类号： G252 文献标识码： A 文章编号： 2095-2457（2017）35-0024-003 　　Research on Library Information Service Based on the Merger of Colleges and Universities 　　――Taking Guangxi University of Science and Technology as an example 　　ZHOU Jun-yan 　　（Library of Guangxi University of Science and Technology， Liuzhou， Guangxi 545006， China） 　　【Abstract】One of the criticisms after the merger of colleges and universities is that colleges and universities make use of the uneven level of digital resources in libraries and there is a wide disparity between them. It is necessary for university libraries to explore more targeted service strategies. This time， taking the faculty of Guangxi University of Science and Technology as the research object， through questionnaire survey， interview and analysis of teachers current situation， behavior characteristics and information requirements of library digital resources， we find that there is not familiarity with the methods of retrieving electronic resources， Content and characteristics of electronic resource services and other issues. Finally， it puts forward constructive suggestions on how to improve the ability and level of teachers utilization of medical resources. 　　【Key words】University library； College teachers； Resource utilization； Information service 　　1 ?{查内容、对象与方法 　　广西科技大学医学院（原柳州医学高等专科学校）2013年经教育部批准正式与原广西工学院合并组建而成广西科技大学，冠名为广西科技大学医学院。 　　医学院合并前，学校对科研要求不高，科研实力较弱，教师只需完成教学任务。基本两三个数据库就能够满足教师的科研、教学、学习的需求，比如中国知网（CNKI）、万方数据知识服务平台。随着办学层次提高，学院增设了一些本科专业，本科教育不仅要完成教学任务，还要完成科研任务，对科研能力有一定的要求，需指导学生做科研、撰写毕业论文；这就要求医学院的教学、科研能力都要与整个学校整体水平看齐。合并后图书馆的数字资源也相应地进行了整合，图书馆针对医学院的纸本和电子版资源采购加大投入。图书馆为了更好的服务教师，必须对医学院教师信息检索行为进行调查，以进行服务策略的调整。 　　本次调查对象以广西科技大学医学院的教师为主体，调查方法以问卷调查为主、个人访谈为辅，作者通过到院系部现场发放纸质调查问卷等途径完成，共发放调查问卷200份，回收16
