内蒙古大学t程陨士学位论文 基于决策树的中学生成绩挖掘与分析 摘要 随着数据库技术的迅速发展以及数据库管理系统的广泛应用，人们 采集数据的能力得到了极大的提高，从而积累了大量的数据。而这些数据 的背后隐藏着许多重要的、有价值的信息，为了对这些数据进行更高层次 的分析，获取这些潜在的信息用以指导今后的工作、生活，由此产生了数 据挖掘技术。 近十几年来，数据挖掘技术巳得到广泛的研究，并在商业、金融、医 疗等领域得到成功地应用，但在教学方面的应用比较少，尤其是在中学教 学中。本文提出一种应用决策树技术米挖掘隐藏在学生成绩背后有价值信 息的研究方案，为学校决策者提供决策数据，提高教学管理水平。 在本文中，首先根据学生成绩管理的现状，提出将数据挖掘技术应用 于成绩分析中的重要意义。其次，利用 C4.5 算法对不同类型的学生成绩进 行分析，找出影响学生成绩的潜在因素。最后，利用信息增益的参数 来对属性重要性进行评估，生成了学生成绩分析决策树模型，对学生成绩挖 掘分析进行评价。 关键词数据挖掘，决策树， C4.5 算法，成绩分析 藏于决策树的中学生成绩挖掘均分析 The Students Per伽mance Mining and Analysis Based on Decision Tree Abstract Wi出 the rapid development of database technology and database management systems widely used，peoples ability to collect data has been greatly improved ，which accumulated a large amount of datas. However ，a lot of important and valuable informations hided behind 阳datas.ln order to have a higher level of analysis for these datas，and use these potential information ω guide future work and life，resulting in data mining. Over the last decade，data mining technology has been widely sωdied and successful1y used in commercial ，financial ，medical and other fields. But in teaching field，there are still few applications of data mining，especially in secondary schools. In this paper，a reserch project of mining valuable information from students test scores is performed. This project is based on the decision tree which is a important method of data mining and it wi11 provide decision datas for the decision-makers of school to help them improve the management of teaching. In this paper，we first proposed the important meanings of using data mining in test scores analysis according to the cu町ent situation of the sωdents test scores management. Secondly，we used C4.5 algorithm to analyse test scores of different kinds of student and to find potential factors which affecting student test scores. Lastly，we evalueated the importance of the attributes using the information gain parametersωgenerate a decision tree model
