Analysis of Pricing Strategy of Company Product
Abstract: The price of the product being based on the value of it and involved the environment of the market changes a lot. Firstly, this paper introduces various pricing strategies. Different price strategy can be adopted to take up the share of the market in terms of new or old of the product. Then the examples of successful and frustrated pricing strategies are analyzed. Finally it summarizes common price strategies to promote the product effectively. It requires enterprise to account, analysis, control and forecast for the cost and enterprise make judgments and selection according to the factors such as, market structure, market supply and demand, consumer psychology and competitive situation to make scientific and rational pricing strategies. Choosing right pricing strategy can obtain consumer’s trust and improve the economic benefits of enterprise.
