毕业论文 （20_ _届） 宁波中小企业员工人格特质与应对方式的相关研究 摘 要 本研究采用艾森克人格问卷简式量表、Folkman 和Lararus编制的应对方式问卷对宁波中小企业员工的人格特质、应对方式进行了探讨。旨在了解宁波中小企业员工的人格特质及应对方式的现状及存在的问题，并针对问题提出相应的对策。研究发现:（1）宁波市中小企业员工人格特质各维度与常模相比，表现出高精神质P（4.59±2.08），低外向性E（7.10±2.25），高神经质N（5.83±2.39），低掩饰性L（5.40±2.24）的特点；不同性别员工在人格特质各维度上均不存在显著差异，但不同年龄、不同学历、不同工龄的员工在人格特质的不同维度上存在显著差异。（2）宁波中小企业员工应对方式与常模相比，无论是积极应对还是消极的应对方式均显著高于常模；但是，不同的性别、年龄、学历、工龄的员工在应对方式各维度上均不存在显著差异。（3）人格特征与应对方式存在显著性相关，其相关的密切程度因人格维度的不同而不同。针对目前员工人格特质及应对方式的发展现状，企业应该构建科学的员工培训体系，不断提员工素质；加强企业文化建设，提高员工的团队合作意识；积极开展职业生涯规划，引导员工不断成长；加强心理健康教育，提升员工的抗挫折能力。只有这样，中小企业才能获得长久的发展。 关键词：；；Abstract This study used EPQ-R Short Scale, EPQ-RSC,Coping styles questionnaire compiled by Folkman and Lararus of Ningbo small and medium-sized enterprise employees questionnaire the personality traits, coping styles are discussed.The purpose is to find out the ningbo small and medium-sized enterprise employees personality characteristics and way to deal with the present situation and the existence question, and in the light of these problems put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Study found:(1) Ningbo small and medium-sized enterprise employees personality traits, compared with norm all dimensions,Show high psychoticism P（4.59 ± 2.08）, low extraversion E（7.10 ± 2.25）, high neurotic N（5.83 ± 2.39）, low hide sexual L（5.40 ± 2.24）features;Different gender employees in personality dimensions are not exist significant differences on,but different age ,different degree, different length of service employees in personality different dimensions of the significant differences.(2) Ningbo small and medium-sized enterprise employees, compared with the norm of coping styles or negative both to actively respond to significantly higher way to deal with the norm;However, different gender, age, record of formal schooling, the job seniority employees all dimensions in coping styles are not significant differences.(3) Personality traits and coping styles were significantly related to the close degree, its relate
