论我国中小企业融资困境及对策探讨 摘 要 随着我国市场经济的快速稳定增长，经济体制的逐渐完善。中小企业的发展受到了越来越多的关注。中小企业已成为我国国民经济的重要组成部分，并且在缓解就业压力，促进经济协调发展等方面发挥着重要作用。但由于中小企业信用等级低、财务等制度不健全、缺少健全的融资担保体系、资信等级低等自身原因，加之金融体系和政府在相关制度和政策方面对中小企业造成的限制，使中小企业陷入了融资困境，要使中小企业走出融资困境必须多方面配合加以解决。第一，企业自身方面要建立科学经营体制、加强企业自身信用建设、强化和规范企业的财务管理制度和转变融资观念 拓宽直接融资渠道；第二，银行方面要建立健全中小金融机构体系和提高商业银行金融服务质量；第三，政府方面要转变政府职能 建立良好的政企关系、加强政府对中小企业的扶持力度和完善并制定中小企业融资的法律体系。这样便能使我国中小企业摆脱融资困境，得到更好的发展。 关键词:中小企业；企业融资；对策 The small and medium-sized enterprise financing difficulties and countermeasures in our country Abstract With the rapid and steady growth of Chinas market economy, the gradual improvement of the economic system. The development of SMEs has been more and more attention. SMEs have become an important part of Chinas national economy, and ease the employment pressure, and promote coordinated economic development plays an important role. However, due to the low level of SME credit, financial system is not perfect, the lack of a sound financing guarantee system, low credit rating, extensive mode of operation for their own reasons, coupled with the financial system and government restrictions related systems and policies for SMEs have been facing financing difficulties, to make small and medium-sized enterprises out of the financing difficulties must be many different areas to be addressed. First, from the enterprise aspects, to establish a scientific management system , strengthen the enterprise s own credit building , strengthen and standardize enterprise financial management system and changes in financing concept to expand direct financing channels; Second, from banks, the establishment of a sound system of small and medium-sized financial institutions and improve the quality of commercial banking and financial services; Tthird, from the government, the transformation of government functions to establish a good relationship between government and enterprises , strengthen government efforts to support SMEs and to improve and develop the legal system o
