摘 要
根据设计目的的要求,这次对X62型铣床进给箱的设计主要是完成对进给箱中各传动件和控制件的结构设计和分析。根据要求设计的进给箱能实现18种进给速度,同时实现生产中的快速后退运动。本次设计主要内容包括:运动方案的设计、动力分析计算及校核、结构工程图的设计,以及对操纵机构的设计等内容。其中,我的任务是设计运动方案和进给箱部分的操作机构。另外,这次设计还包括翻译相关的专业英文资料和利用计算机三维绘图软件对部分零件进行了三维造型和分析。本次设计还要求我们熟练掌握计算机基础知识的应用。
我的主要任务是了解进给箱部分的操纵机构的原理,对各种操纵机构进行优缺点的比较,从而选出最适当的可行方案。进而对选定方案进行具体的结构设计。
本次设计需要用展开图来表示主轴箱中各传动件的结构和装配关系。为了清楚表示出进给箱内各传动件和控制件的位置关系,还需有必要的向视图和剖视图。并且对典型零件进行三维CAD造型,以加深对设计内容的理解和直观感觉。用三维装配的方式可以更清楚地展现出个构件之间的联接关系。
