作者简介 姓名:赵慧 女 生于1988.05.25 泰山医学院研究生在读,内科学内分泌专业 详细地址:山东省泰安市泰山区迎胜东路2号动脉粥样硬化研究所 邮编271000 电话 邮箱:583865994@ 促甲状腺素和甲状腺激素轴对脂质代谢调节的分子机制 赵慧1,秦树存1,邓仰欣2,宋国华1 (1.泰山医学院动脉粥样硬化研究所,山东泰安 271000;2. 泰山医学院附属医院,山东泰安 271000) 【摘要】甲状腺功能性疾病较常见的有甲状腺功能亢进症(以下称为甲亢)、甲状腺功能减低症(以下称为甲减)、亚临床甲亢、亚临床甲减。当促甲状腺素(TSH)和甲状腺激素 (TH)轴处于正常水平时脂类的合成与降解处于平衡状态,脂质代谢能维持在正常水平。当出现异常时,参与脂质代谢的受体和酶的活性受到TSH和TH等的影响,体内的血脂谱随之会发生不同的变化。一般而言血脂与TH水平呈负相关。甲亢时总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)及载脂蛋白B(apoB)明显降低;甲减时主要是TC、LDL和apoB升高。尽管目前TSH与TC、TG、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的关系目前有不同的研究结果,但在分子水平上已证明了TSH可通过多种途径影响脂质的合成与代谢。本文主要综述促甲状腺素和甲状腺素轴对脂质代谢调节的分子机制。 【关键词】 促甲状腺素;甲状腺素;甲状腺功能亢进;甲状腺功能减退;亚临床甲状腺功能减退;脂质代谢 The Molecular Mechanism on the Regulation of Lipid Metabolism by Thyrotropin and Thyroxine Axis. The synthesis and degradation of?lipids were?in balance when?thyrotropin(TSH) and thyrotropin(TH) axis were in the normal level, so the lipid metabolism?can be maintained in a state of balance. The body blood lipid spectrum will change because of the receptors which involved in lipid metabolism and the activity of enzyme are affected by TSH and TH when something wrong occurs. In general?the blood lipid?was negatively correlated with TH level. Total cholesterol(TC), triglycerides(TG), low density lipoprotein(LDL) and apolipoprotein B(apoB) will be decreased significantly when hyperthyrea occurs. TC,?LDL and?apoB will be increased when hypothyrea occurs.
