中草药 Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 第 46 卷 第 14 期 2015 年 7 月 ·2143 · 人参可利用内生菌株的筛选和鉴定 1 1 1 1 1* 2 赵智灵 ，刘学周 ，魏晓雨 ，李绍宾 ，田义新 ，盛吉明 1. 吉林农业大学中药材学院，吉林 长春 130118 2. 吉林省长白县科学技术协会，吉林 白山 134400 摘 要：目的 研究吉林产人参 Panax ginseng 内生菌资源状况，筛选出对人参病原菌具有拮抗作用的内生菌。方法 采用 混菌法初筛和发酵液拮抗法复筛来筛选具有拮抗活性的菌株，并用 16 S rDNA 和 ITS 方法鉴定筛选得到的内生菌株。结果 在人参中共分离获得 133 株内生菌，通过初筛和复筛后，从中选出了 4 株对人参病原菌具有较好拮抗作用的菌株，分别为 B16 、B25 、B69 和 F32 ，其中B16 、B25 和 B69 对 6 种以上病原菌均表现出了抑菌作用，F32 对菌核病菌、疫病菌和根腐病 菌的抑菌效果最好，其抑菌圈直径均大于 35 mm，经鉴定它们分别为甲基营养型芽孢杆菌、解淀粉芽胞杆菌、死谷芽孢杆 菌和齿孢青霉。结论 人参内生菌具有多样性，并有拮抗病原菌活性高的菌株存在，可以成为人参病害生防菌的新来源。 关键词：人参；内生菌；拮抗作用；分子鉴定；ITS 中图分类号：R282.15 文献标志码：A 文章编号：0253 - 2670(2015)14 - 2143 - 06 DOI: 10.7501/j.issn.0253-2670.2015.14.021 Screening and identification of available endophytes in roots of Panax ginseng 1 1 1 1 1 2 ZHAO Zhi-ling , LIU Xue-zhou , WEI Xiao-yu , LI Shao-bin , TIAN Yi-xin , SHENG Ji-ming 1.
