创业板上市公司现金股利分配政策的影响因素分析
摘 要：现金股利分配是目前最普遍的股利发放方式之一,现金股利分配政策的研究在国内外掀起了一股热潮。创业板的开板，已经快有三年了,为资本市场的房展提供了一个更好的平台，但其呈现出来的现状与主板市场所呈现的差别很大，在这种背景下，本文以2009年10月以前上市的28家创业板上市公司为研究对象，通过数据搜集，研究分析出影响创业板上市公司现金股利分配政策的因素，本文主要从内部因素详细阐述，通过实证分析，得出影响因素，主要包括企业的规模，盈利能力，营运能力，偿债能力，成长能力等，分析这些影响因素产生的原因，最后给出相的研究建议。

The Analysis of Influence Factors on Distribution Policies of GEM Listed Companies’Cash Dividend
Abstract: Cash dividend distribution is one of the most widespread ways of dividend assignment, whose policies’ study set off a boom abroad and at home. There has been 3 years since GEM started, which provides a better platform for the development of capitalist market, but the difference between its present situation and main board market’s present situation is quite large. Under this background, this thesis uses 28 GEM listed companies before Oct. 2009 as objects of study, researching and analyzing factors of affecting distribution policies of GEM listed companies’ cash dividend through collecting data. And this thesis carries out affecting factors by elaborating detailedly from internal factors and empirical analysis, mainly including companies’ scale, profitability, operation ability, debt paying ability, growing ability ,industrial factors and so on. By analyzing the causes of these affecting factors, I will give appropriate study suggestions finally.
