Reasonable dividend policy will help improve the companys enterprise value, and help to achieve the maximization of shareholder wealth. In this paper, the specific circumstances of the listed companies in China, Yutong Bus Company dividend distribution policy as a case study to analyze the factors affecting the cash dividend policy of listed companies in China. Listed companies in China to develop a more reasonable cash dividend policy to provide some reference to the relevant departments of the Chinese government, but also its cash dividend policy to provide some help.
