预注浆加固技术

摘要:南宁市轨道交通1 号线一期工程民族广场站—麻村站区间隧道在左、右线之间设置联络通道,由于存在大量涌水、
坍塌的安全风险,不能保证联络通道和废水泵房的安全暗挖掘进。因此,采用酸性水玻璃、水泥浆等多种浆液对联络通道
及废水泵房地层进行预注浆加固处理,达到形成止水帷幕及固结效果,同时结合地面降水,确保了联络通道及废水泵房
的顺利开挖。

Abstract: A liaison channel has been set up between left and right running tunnels of National Square Station and Macun
Station in rail transit of Nanning, Line 1. There is security risk of a large number of gushing water and the collapse, and cannot
guarantee the undercutting-heading to the liaison channel and pumping station. Therefore, the construction uses kinds of slurry
such as acidic sodium silicate and cement slurry to achieve pre -grouting reinforcement and form sealing curtain and
consolidation effects. Simultaneously, ground precipitation was combined to ensure the smoothly excavation of liaison channel
and pumping station.
