第一章 细菌的形态和结构(Chapter 1 the morphology and structure of bacteria) The first chapter is the form and structure of bacteria. TXT when you think you have nothing, you still have time. Time can heal all wounds, so please dont cry. The expectation that can be met, is worth expecting; The expectations that can be fulfilled are of value. The secret of staying young is having a restless heart. It is not the taste of life, but the life of taste. Chapter 1 the morphology and structure of bacteria The morphology and structure of the bacteria in the first chapter of Bacterium (bacterium) is a single cell microorganism belonging to prokaryotae, which has both broad and narrow categories. The genera generally refers to all kinds of prokaryotic cell types, including bacteria, actinomycetes, mycoplasma, chlamydia, lichon, and spirals. In the narrow sense, it refers to the most abundant, most diverse and representative bacteria, which is the object of this chapter. They are small in form, simple in structure, and have cell walls and primitive nucleoli, no nucleoli and nuclear membranes, and no other organelles except ribosomes. Understand the bacteria morphology and structure of studying the physiological activity of the bacteria, pathogenic and immunity, and identification of bacteria, diagnosis and prevention and treatment of bacterial infections, etc all have important theoretical and practical significance. The size and morphology of the first bacteria The most commonly used instruments for observing bacteria are optical microscopes, which can be measured under a microscope with micrometers, usually in micrometers (mu m). Different types of bacteria vary in size, and the same bacteria are also affected by age and environmental factors. Bacteria are mainly in the form of coccus, bacillus and helicoid. Coccus coccus (coccus) has a diameter of 1 mu m, and its appearance is spherical or approximately spherical. Due to the differences in the degree of adhesion between the bacterial d
