子宫颈扩张球囊应用于瘢痕子宫孕晚期妊娠促宫颈成熟护理效果 　　[摘要] 目的 瘢痕子宫孕晚期妊娠产妇在促宫颈成熟过程中应用宫颈球囊的临床效果讨论研究。 方法 参与本实验的瘢痕子宫孕晚期妊娠产妇共37例，按照随机数字表法将其分成研究组（n=18）和对照组（n=19），两组产妇均应用子宫颈扩张球囊，研究组在其基础上加行相应临床护理操作，对比两组患者相关临床指标数据变化情况。 结果 相比于对照组，研究组患者促宫颈成熟总有效率和护理满意度均更高；同时研究组患者各引产指标和并发症发生率等指标数据均更低（P0.05），研究组产妇促宫颈成熟效果更好。 结论 瘢痕子宫孕晚期妊娠产妇在促宫颈成熟过程中应用子宫颈扩张球囊效果更好，能够提高产妇的促宫颈成熟总有效率、促进其引产，同时还能够控制并发症发生，在达到预期促宫颈成熟过程中有保证了安全性，在临床中应用具有重要意义。 　　[关键词] 妊娠子宫；再次足月妊娠；宫颈球囊；促宫颈成熟 　　[中图分类号] R719.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）20-136-03 　　Nursing effect of cervical dilatation balloon used to promote cervical ripening in late pregnancy with scar uterus 　　MO Wuqiong 　　Sanshui District peoples Hospital of Foshan City，Foshan 528100，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of cervical balloon in the process of cervical ripening in the late trimester of pregnancy. Methods A total of 37 women with scar uterus and late pregnancy were divided into the study group （n=18） and the control group （n=19） according to the random number table，All patients of two groups were used in cervical dilatation balloon，study group underwent corresponding clinical nursing operation on the basis of，the clinical data of two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group，the study group was more efficient in promoting cervical ripening and higher in nursing satisfaction.At the same time，the indexes of labor induction and complication rate in the study group were lower （P0.05），and the study group had better effect on promoting cervical ripening. Conclusion Scar uterus in late pregnancy pregnant women using cervical dilatation balloon has better effect in cervical ripening process，can improve the maternal cervical ripening and total efficiency，promote the induction of labor，and can control the occurrence of complications，to achieve the desired cervical ripening process to ensure the safety，and it has important significance in clinical application. 　　[Key words] Gravid uterus；Term pregnancy again；Cervical balloon；Promote cervical
