II II A Dissertation Submitted to Shanghai Jiao Tong University for Master Degree of Engineering THE RESEARCH AND IMPLEMENTION OF THE KEY TECHNOLOGY OF IMAGE-BASED CONSTRUCTION MANAGE SYSTEM University Code： 10248 Author： Cui Yun Mentor 1： Hu Fei Mentor 2: Field： Software Engineering Date of Oral Defense： Jan，2010 School of Software Shanghai Jiaotong University Jan, 2010 III III 基于图片的建筑管理系统关键技术研究与实现 摘 要 我国建筑行业作为国民经济中传统的重要行业，相比其他新兴产业，其信息化规范 化步伐比较迟缓。近年来，建筑质量问题频发。本文提出了一种基于图片的建筑工程精 细管理系统方案。该系统通过监理人员对施工现场图片实时在线审核，实现了建筑施工 过程的可视化，从技术上保证了建筑施工过程中每个步骤的完整有序、符合规范，和事 故可追溯性。 本论文完成的主要工作是： （1）分析了目前建筑行业的现状和主要存在的问题，提出了一种基于建筑施工图片进 行质量管理的解决方案以及工作流程。 （2）分析了实现方案的软件系统的关键需求，论文选择了富互联网技术（RIA）作为系 统实现方案，进一步通过对各种主流技术进行对比和分析，选择了 Adobe 公司的 Flex 技术作为前台实现、开源的 BlazeDs 框架作为前后台通信方式。在这些技术的基础上， 设计了软件系统的总体框架。 （3）设计了能够体现本文思想的一个原型系统，并且对该系统中的关键技术进行了研 究和实现。 （4）结合建筑施工过程中的一个具体的实例，验证了系统方案的正确性和有效性。 本文所提出的工作流程和软件系统如得以推广使用，将会极大的改变目前建筑行业 的现状，能够增强建筑施工过程中的透明性，规范工人施工步骤，提高建筑施工的质量 和效率。 关键词： 建筑工程精细管理, 可视化，RIA, Flex, BlazeDs PAGE PAGE IV THE RESEARCH AND IMPLEMENTION OF THE KEY TECHNOLOGY OF IMAGE-BASED CONSTRUCTION MANAGE SYSTEM ABSTRACT Chinas construction industry, as an important traditional support of the national economy, compared with other emerging industries, is slower in the development of information standardization. In recent years, construction quality problems frequently occur. In this thesis，an image-based construction fine manage system solution is raised. Through the system, the construction supervisor could review the construction site pictures in time with network. System achieved the visualization of construction process. The system guarantees that each step of construction process could be achieved completely and orderly, so as to meet the construction standards. Construction project is also traceable when accident happens. The major works of this thesis are as follows: The current status and the main problems of the construction industry were analyzed.
