温州大学城市学院本科毕业论文 PAGE 11 摘要：民营企业是目前比较重要的经济组织形式，其存在与发展对促进国家或地区的经济实力有着重要影响。改革开放后，民营企业集团的发展更加迅速，以极具活力和生命力的形象出现在现代市场经济的舞台上，对国民经济的发展做出了重大的贡献。但很多民营企业在市场经济发展的历史长河中以失败而告终，这是不容置疑的历史事实，因此对民营企业的财务风险控制进行研究很具有现实意义。本文为深入研究民营企业财务风险控制的重要性，先从理论上对民营企业及财务风险进行分析，再探讨目前民营企业财务风险控制的现状及成因，最后以华为技术有限公司为实例，分析其在财务风险控制方面的存在的问题，争取为我国民营企业财务风险控制方面提出可行性的建议。 关键词：民营企业；财务风险控制；华为 Abstract：Private enterprise is the more important form of economic organization,and its existence and development has an important influence to promote national or regional economic strength. After the reform and opening-up, the development of private enterprise groups is more quick, with vigor and vitality of image appears on the stage of the modern market economy, and made a significant contribution to the development of national economy. But a lot of private enterprises ended in failure in the history of the development of market economy, it allows no ones interference. So research the financial risk control of private enterprise has practical significance. This article gives in-depth study of the importance of private enterprise’s financial risk control. Firstly, does the theoretical analysis of private enterprise and financial risk, and then discusses the present situation and causes of financial risk control of private enterprises. Finally, making Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. as an example to analyzes the problems in the field of financial risk control, and try to put forward feasible suggestions for financial risk control of private enterprises in our country. Ltd. 一、引言 （一）研究的背景及意义 1．选题的背景 作为我国重要的经济组织形式之一的民营企业，其存在对民营企业自身以及国家整体的经济素质和国际竞争地位的提高都有重大影响。伴随着我国经济和政治改革，民营企业在中国的市场经济中展现了一个非常有活力的新形象，为国家经济发展和繁荣作出了显著贡献。但是，毋庸置疑的是，不断总结成功经验和失败教训，是那些成功的民营企业逐步发展起来的基础。通过对民营企业财务风险进行仔细研究，可以发现有很多企业都存在各种各样的财务风险问题。这些问题的出现导致民营企业筹资、投资不明智，影响资金的周转而使企业的资金链断裂，最后破产。 2．选题的意义 民营企业已在我国国民经济发展中占相当重要的地位。回顾民营企业的发展过程，有些民营企业或集团在激烈的市场竞争中崭露头角，脱颖而出，不仅获得了国内市场的份额，更是获得了参与国际市场，大步走上跨国经营的道路。但
