狼疮性肾炎中医辨证分型与肾脏病理及临床指标相关性分析(Correlation analysis of syndrome differentiation and renal pathology and clinical indicators of lupus nephritis) [abstract] [objective] to investigate the correlation between the TCM syndromes of lupus nephritis (LN) and renal pathology and clinical indicators. [methods] choose 40 cases, LN patients, according to traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation by the clinical manifestations of laboratory, kidney pathological information collection, set up the database, analysis of LN patients with TCM syndrome type and the correlation of renal pathology and clinical indicators. [results] in this certificate, the active partial thrombin time (APTT), blood sedimentation (ESR), and 24 h urine protein were significantly higher than that of the non-splenic kidney deficiency. The water wet type APTT is significantly higher than the wet turbidity. Wet, wet muddy hemoglobin (HGB) below normal, water to wet, syndrome and blood stasis syndrome differences have significant meaning (P 0  05). Wet muddy serum creatinine (SCR) were significantly higher than those of water wet, humid heat and blood stasis type (P 0  05), wet muddy type urea nitrogen (BUN) were significantly higher than those of syndrome, blood stasis type (P 0  05). Water wet, the total cholesterol (TCH) significantly higher than that of blood stasis type (P 0  05). And water wet clinical score significantly lower than the rest 3 type, type of renal pathology CI dampness, NIH score significantly higher than that of blood stasis type (P 0  05). [conclusion] there is a certain correlation between TCM syndrome differentiation and renal pathology and clinical indicators, and TCM syndromes have certain reference value for the prediction of renal pathology.
