(我国企业绩效管理现状及对策研究1.docx

摘 要随着中国经济的迅速发展以及结构的巨大调整,我国企业面临的竞争对手越来越多,面临的竞争压力越来越大。企业要想在激烈竞争的市场环境中求得生存与发展,就必须不断提升企业的核心竞争力,必须学习借鉴国内外绩优企业的管理经验,必须掌握现代企业管理科学的理念与技能,向内部管理要效益,通过管理提升自身的核心竞争力,提高组织绩效。目前,在我国实施绩效管理的企业并不多,而且在一些实施了绩效管理的企业,实际效果也并不理想。绩效管理犹如一把双刃剑,做好了可提高企业组织绩效,创造更大效益,留住优秀人才,否则,则会打击员工士气,影响企业竞争力。本文通过对绩效管理理论的阐述和对我国企业绩效管理现状的分折和描述,以及存在问题的初步研究,提出一些针对性的措施。关键词:企业; 绩效管理; 问题; 对策ABSTRACTWith Chinas rapid development in economy and big adjustment in structure , there are more and more rivals that enterprises of our country must be confronted with,and the competition pressure becomes greater and greater. If enterprises want to get survive and development in the market environment of keen competition,they must promote the core competitiveness of enterprises constantly, draw lessons from the experience of management of good efficiency both from domestic and international enterprises,grasp modern enterprise ideas and skills of management science, seek benefit from the inside management.promote one’s own core competitiveness through management,improve the performance of organizing.
