Abstract
Development changes with each new day which along with the chemical industry, the dry technology also will draw close the mechanization,the automation. But the rotary cylindrical dryer because its productivity adaption scope big, the power consumption are few, widely applies to the dry each kind of granulated solid.
This article has made a detailed analysis and computation on the coal to the rotary cylindrical dryer. In heats up in the way, has chosen the duplicate heat transfer, greatly enhanced the heat transfer efficiency, thus reduced the water extractor huge this weakness, moreover, this article has compared each quantity of heat transfer mode, has chosen the most superior heat transfer; Makes music the detailed computation to the mechanism, and choice necessary supplementary installation, more perfect design integrity.
Only change the amount of hot wind, and the hot-blast temperature, this article also may use in like the chemical fertilizer and so on solid class dryness. When design, also may the sacrificial vessel have the similar heat transfer or the similar installment computation makes the reference.
