丁基橡胶管道设计质量问题研究 北京理工大学工程硕士学位论文摘要 随着国际通行的工程总承包和项目管理实施方式在国内的运用,目前多数石化工 程项目采用聘请工程公司作为其项目管理承包商PMC的管理模式。其主要意义并不 在于总价包干,也不是“交钥匙” ,其核心是通过设计与施工的组织集成,促进设计、 采购、施工的紧密结合,以达到为项目建设增值的目的。而工程设计作为其中重要的 一环,如何在满足合同技术要求的前提下,通过高效的设计管理来降低设计成本,缩 短设计周期和减少项目人力投入,就成为一个极其重要的研究课题。同时由于石油化 工行业连续化生产、原材料和产品大多为易燃易爆、有毒有害的行业特点,决定了其 设计质量控制尤为重要。在各设计专业中,由于管道专业任务繁多,工作贯穿着设计 的全过程,同时与其他设计专业都有着设计条件的交接关系,各专业的设计内容最终 都会在管道设计的图纸上体现,因此管道设计工时占有量可占到项目总设计工时的三 分之一。因此,管道设计质量管理与控制对于项目的整体设计质量起着举足轻重的作 用。 本文阐述了项目质量管理的基础理论、发展历程和国内外研究现状。以燕山丁基 橡胶项目管道设计管理为研究对象,对设计过程中的制约设计质量的因素进行分析识 别。在此基础上,以项目质量管理理论和方法为手段,结合管道设计程序,建立管道 设计质量管理的模式,形成管道设计的质量管理模型和设计质量管理的基本框架。为 了寻求管道设计质量的有效管理,探索了提高项目设计质量的一些方法,包括从组织 结构上进行完善,和从技术手段上的改进。结合项目质量管理的理论,阐述了在丁基 橡胶项目上的实际应用,证明了设计质量管理模式、框架和方法的可操作性。最后, 在实践的基础上,总结了丁基橡胶项目管道设计质量管理实践的体会与启示。 关键词:管道设计 设计管理 质量管理 II 北京理工大学工程硕士学位论文 Abstract With the implementation of engineering, procurement and construction EPC, project management internationally accepted used in China, most of petrochemical projects currently adopt the management measures for hiring an engineering company as project management contractor PMC. Its main significance is not the total lump sum, not a turnkey, its core is the organization through the design and construction integration, facilitate the design, procurement, construction closely, in order to achieve the purpose of value-added projects. While the engineering design as one of the important part, how to meet the technical requirements under the premise of the contract, reduce design costs by the efficient design management, shorten the design cycle and reduce project human input, have become a very important research topic.
