学兔兔 第40卷，第3期 公 路 工 程 V01．40．No．3 2 0 1 5年 6月 Highway Engineering Jun．，2 0 1 5 高模量沥青及其混合料路用性能研究 王 琨 ，郝培文 (1．山东交通学院交通土建工程学院，山东济南 250031； 2．长安大学公路学院，陕西西安 710064) [摘 要]以成品SBS改性沥青与阿尔巴尼亚岩沥青进行高模量沥青的制备，通过复合改性工艺以期达到均 衡高模量沥青高低温使用性能的目的。对制备完成的高模量沥青进行一系列的试验，对其高温、低温等性能进行 了分析，分析认为以复合改性工艺制备的高模量沥青具有优良的高温性能与低温使用性能；为研究高模量沥青应 用于中面层时的路用使用性能，进行了AC一20型沥青混合料的级配设计及性能试验。试验结果表明说明复合改 性高模量沥青与其他沥青相比具有优异的综合路用性能；另一方面，由于高模量沥青的运动粘度较高在实际使用 时要注意压实工艺及施工温度的控制。 [关键词】高模量沥青；多级应力重复蠕变试验；不可恢复蠕变柔量；零剪切粘度；中面层；混合料路用性能 [中图分类号】U 414．1 [文献标识码】A [文章编号]1674—0610(2015)03—0005—04 The Study of High Modulus Asphalt and Mixture Pavement Performance WANG Kun ，HAO Peiwen (1．Civil Engineering College of Shandong Jiaotong University，Jinan，Shandong 25003 1，China； 2．Highway College of Changan University，Xi’an，Shanxi 710064，China) [Abstract]In This paper we prepared high modulus asphalt through SBS modified asphalt and the Albania rock asphalt．We through the process of compound modification to balance high and low tempera· ture performance of high modulus asphalt．At the same time，we take a series of tests to analysis the high temperature and low temperature property of high modulus asphalt．Through the analysis we think that the high modulus prepared by composite modified technology has excellent high and low temperature perform- ante．In this paper，we conducted the gradation design and perform ance test of AC-20 asphalt mixture to the study of high modulus asphalt used e in the surface layer．The test
