聚硅硫酸铁絮凝剂的制备及性能研究
摘 要
聚硅硫酸铁是在活性硅酸、聚铁的基础上发展起来的一种较为新型的水处理剂, 它是将金属铁离子引入到活性硅酸而制得的复合型絮凝剂。以聚硅酸加强铁聚物的黏结聚集能力, 而以适量的铁离子延长聚硅酸的胶凝时间, 故与聚硫酸铁(PFS) 相比具有更优良的混凝性能, 如除浊、去除COD 效率高, 絮体沉降速度快、稳定时间长等优点。本文研究了无机高分子复合絮凝剂聚硅硫酸铁(PFSS)的制备与絮凝性能。采用硅酸钠,硫酸铁,浓硫酸等为原料,先分别制备出聚硅酸(PS)和聚硫酸铁(PFS),陈化一段时间后,将两者在适宜的条件下聚合得到聚硅硫酸铁新型无机高分子絮凝剂。通过控制变量法,研究SiO2的浓度,Fe与Si的摩尔比,聚硅酸(PS)的活化时间,聚硅酸(PS)与聚硫酸铁(PFS)的聚合温度,聚合pH等因素对产品絮凝性能的影响,结果表明当SiO2的浓度1%、Fe与Si的摩尔比为0.5、聚硅酸(PS)的活化时间为2h、聚硅酸(PS)与聚硫酸铁(PFS)的聚合温度为80℃,聚合pH为1.5时,聚硅硫酸铁对污水有最佳的絮凝效果。

Study on the synthesis and performance of poly-siliconferricsulfate flocculant
Abstract
PFSS is a relatively new type of water treatment agent which developed on the basis of the activity of silicic acid、poly iron, it is the composite flocculant introducing the metal iron ion into the active silicic acid。Poly-silicate is used to strengthen the iron polymer,s ability of bonding together and the amount of iron ions is used to extend of the gel polysilicate time,so compared with the poly ferric sulfate (PFS) ,it has better coagulation properties, such as high efficiency of turbidity and COD removal, fast floc settling velocity, long stable time and so on。This paper researchs the synthesis and performance of poly-siliconferricsulfate flocculant (PFSS)。Use sodium silicate, ferric sulfate, concentrated sulfuric acid as raw materials to prepare poly-silicate (PS) and poly-ferric sulfate (PFS) first, after a period of aging, get them together under the suitable condition to make PFSS. Through the control quantity method, study the concentration of SiO2,the mole ratio of Fe and Si, the activation time of PS, the polymerization temperature and pH of PS and PFS and other influencing factors to product flocculation performance, the result shows that when the concentration of SiO2 is 1%, the molar ratio of Fe and the Si is 0.5, the activation time of PS is 2h, the polymerization temperature of PS and PFS is 80℃ and getting together pH is 2, PFSS has
