I I 摘要 随着信息网络技术和电视文化产业的发展，我国电视台的节目制作步入数字化网络化时 代，实现从模拟信号到全数字、网络共享时代的转变。江苏广播电视总台从 08 年起开始建设 全台网，根据“总体规划、分步实施”原则，基于全台网架构的演播群制播网络也在此时应 运而生。本文主要围绕该制播网的设计与实现进行全面的阐述。 本文首先通过研究近年来电视台制播网络发展的情况，引入江苏广电全台网的技术现状， 提出在全台网环境下演播群制播网络的建设目标。同时介绍了全台网 SOA 架构、制播存储、 集群收录、数据安全等相关技术概念，明确了网络建设的技术难点和技术方向。其次在对频 道节目制作情况进行前期调研的基础上，对制播网络的设备站点、网络带宽、存储容量以及 安全架构等方面做出需求分析。在满足实际需求的基础上提出了基于全台网架构的演播群制 播网络的总体设计思路，将演播群收录、后期制作、演播播出、高安全区、网络监控管理等 功能模块逐一细化，并完成了流程设计、互联互通设计与网络安全设计。在方案实现部分重 点介绍了存储、数据库、演播群收录播出、高安全区和最小化灾备系统等。最后通过带宽测 试、安全性测试、效率测试等情况阐述以及实际节目制作应用、投入产出情况介绍，表明演 播群制播网络成功的提升了节目质量，提高了节目制作效率，实现了高效、安全的内容资源 共享和交互，成为江苏广播电视总台全台网中又一不可或缺的远程业务板块。 关键词: 电视台，全台网，演播群，制播网，网络设计 II II Abstract With the development of network technology and television culture industry, television program production in our country is entering the digital and networking age, and achieves a shift from analog to full-digital and network sharing. JSBC has built the Entire Station Network(ESN) since 2008 according to overall planning, step-by-step implementation principle. The productionbroadcasting network based on the intranet architecture came into being at this time. This paper mainly focus on the production broadcasting network design and implementation. First, this paper introducing the technology status of JSBC ESN by studying the development of television productionbroadcasting networks in recent years, proposing the goal of studio cluster productionbroadcasting network in ESN enviroment. It also introduces the technology principle such as ESN SOA architecture,productionbroadcasting storage,cluster recording,data security, etc. and defines the technical difficulties and technical direction.
