多尺度聚丙烯粗纤维混凝土的 力学性能试验研究 丁春奎1,高强1,张丽哲1,孙启龙1 (南通大学纺织服装学院,南通226019yjs.ntu.edu.cn) 摘 要:通过试验研究了不同长度、不同细度、不同体积率的聚丙烯粗纤维对混凝土抗压性能和抗折性能的影响。结果表明:受长度、细度、体积率的影响,混凝土的抗压强度与素混凝土相比总体呈下降趋势,最大降幅分别为12.1%、23.2%、13.9%,但纤维长度为10mm、细度为0.3mm、体积率为0.65%时,混凝土的抗压强度明显提高;聚丙烯粗纤维的掺入增大了混凝土的抗折强度和中心挠度,延长了破坏所需的时间。随纤维长度、细度和体积率的改变,中心挠度的最大增幅分别为54.6%、70.6%、49.9%,有效提高了混凝土的韧性和形变能力。 关键词: 聚丙烯粗纤维; 抗压强度;抗折强度;中心挠度;聚丙烯纤维混凝土 Experimental study on mechanical properties of multi-scale coarse polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete Ding Chun-kui1,Gao Qiang1,Ji Tao1,Zhang Li-zhe1 ,Sun Qi-long1 (School of Textile and Clothing, Nantong University, Nantong, Jiangsu, 226019,China,yjs.ntu.edu.cn) Abstract: By experiment to study the effects of different lengths, different fineness,different volume ratio of coarse polypropylene fibers on compression and flexural performance of concrete. The results showed that:under the influence of length, fineness, the volume ratio of fiber, compressive strength of concrete was falling overall compared to plain concrete, the largest decline was 12.1%, 23.2%, 13.9% respectively.However, a fiber length of 10mm, a fineness of 0.3mm, 0.65% by volume can significantly improved the compressive strength of concrete. Incorporation of coarse polypropylene fibers increased the flexural strength and central deflection of concrete,extended the time required for the destruction.Vary with length, fineness, the volume ratio of fiber ,the maximum increase of central deflection was 54.6%, 70.6%, 49.9% respectively,improve the toughness and deformation capacity of concrete effectively . Kay word: Coarse polypropylene fiber ;Compressive strength;Flexural strength; Center deflection; Polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete(PFRC); 混凝土是脆性材料,抗拉强度低,韧性差;当混凝土的强度增加时,其延性减小,这些缺陷限制了混凝土在工程中的使用。研究表明,在混凝土中加入少量短切聚丙烯纤维,能有效提高混凝土的能量吸收能力,减少混凝土收缩裂缝的形成,提高了混凝土的连续性和稳定性,起到明显的阻裂与增韧作用[1-5]。聚丙烯纤维耐化学腐蚀性强,强度高,加工性好,且质轻、蠕变收缩小,价格低廉,因此在建筑工程中得到广泛应用。根据其在混凝土中的作用分为两种:阻裂纤维与增韧纤维[6
