聚丙烯纤维卵石混凝土力学性能试验研究的中期报告 摘要: 本文介绍了一项关于聚丙烯纤维卵石混凝土力学性能试验研究的中期报告。本研究旨在探究不同比例聚丙烯纤维掺量对卵石混凝土力学性能的影响,具体内容包括样品的制备、压缩强度试验、抗拉强度试验等。初步实验结果表明,掺量在0.5%至1.0%时对卵石混凝土的力学性能提升较为显著,而超过1.0%时则会出现纤维拉伸过度而导致试样断裂的情况。接下来的研究将进一步探究聚丙烯纤维掺量与试样制备方法、纤维长度、尺寸等因素之间的关系。 关键词:聚丙烯纤维;卵石混凝土;力学性能;试验研究 Abstract: This paper introduces a mid-term report on the experimental study of mechanical properties of polypropylene fiber pebble concrete. The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of different proportions of polypropylene fiber dosage on the mechanical properties of pebble concrete, including specimen preparation, compressive strength test, tensile strength test, etc. The preliminary experimental results show that the mechanical properties of pebble concrete are significantly improved when the dosage is between 0.5% and 1.0%, but when the dosage exceeds 1.0%, the fiber is overstretched and the specimen is broken. The next study will further explore the relationship between the dosage of polypropylene fibers and the specimen preparation method, fiber length, size, etc. Keywords: polypropylene fiber; pebble concrete; mechanical properties; experimental study.
