The long stable development of textile exports is benefit for the countrys development of foreign trade, foreign exchange reserves and the stability of the RMB exchange rate, and is favorable for the problem of material and spiritual life. This paper could make effective measure to dynamic changes and influence factors of Chinese textiles, and attaches great significance on developing policy measures to promote the upgrading of textile export trade structure, through measuring technical complexity of China and the outside world for the quantitative measurement.
