This article put forword the orgization model of Container Multi-modal Transport Virtual Enterprise(CMTVE) based on the conception, charactoristic and adaptance of Multi-Agent technology, then it expatiated the Operational process of CMTVE.At last,this article built a CMTVE based on Multi-Agent technology to optimize the operational of container Multi-modal Transport, so it can become a flexible, dynamic, high efficient chain of transportation.Thus, it can offer the operation optimization of container Multi-modal Transport.a theory guide. Key Words: Container Multi-modal Transport Multi-Agent Technology Virtual Enterprise 0 引言 随着经济全球化的不断发展和国际间运输成本占企业国际物流总成本比重的提高，集装箱多式联运以其手续简便、责任统一、运输效率高、经济效益好、可以实现门到门运输等特点受到众多进出口商的青睐。但随着国际贸易的深入发展传统的集装箱多式联运组织暴露出柔性较差、信息化程度低、各个节点企业协同性差等缺点，严重制约了集装箱多式联运优越性进一步的发挥。 关于多式联运虚拟企业的相关研究已积累了一定的研究成果。廖日卿孙光圻Agent技术的多式联运虚拟企业的结构模式、管理框架和信息集成框框架[3-4]。这些研究为多式联运虚拟企业的概念和运作奠定了基础，但对更为具体的运作流程和管理未进行详细阐述。基于此，本文运用多Agent技术研究如何具体优化集装箱多式联运的运作流程、降低集装箱多式联运成本，提高整个运输过程的物流管理和物流作业水平，从而实现整个虚拟企业上各个节点企业的效益最大化。 1 多Agent技术与虚拟企业概述 1.1 多Agent技术 在计算机领域，Agent，Agent具有感知能力、问题求解能力和与外界进行通信的能力，并具有自治性、交互性、协作性、适应性等特点。多Agent系统（Multi-Agent System，缩写为MAS)则是一组自治Agent通过协调完成某些任务或达到某些目标而构成的系统[3,5]。 与传统的计算机集成制造系统相比，MAS具有超
