Abstract: A new process of electroless blackenin on aluminum alloy was developed. Process parameters were opti-
mized by ortho onal test. Black oxidation film on aluminum alloy with ood adhension, stron corrosion resistance and
beautiful color can be obtained by two steps of oxidation colorin .
