太阳能光伏发电系统及双热源供热系统组合在烤烟烘烤中应用探究 摘 要:为了研究太阳能光伏发电系统与双热源供热系统组合在烟叶烘烤中的应用效果,对太阳能光伏发电系统与双热源供热系统组合烤房和普通密集烤房烘烤过程中的耗能成本和烤后烟叶经济性状、外观质量、化学成分等进行研究。结果表明,与普通密集烤房相比,太阳能光伏发电系统与双热源供热系统组合密集烤房在生产应用中总耗能成本明显降低,烤后烟叶的经济性状、外观品质都有所提升,化学成分变得更协调,具有较好的推广价值

Application Study on Combination of Solar Photoelectrical Generation System and Heat-supply Systems with Double Heat Sources in Tobacco-curing System

Abstract: To study the application effect of combination of solar photoelectrical generation system and heat-supply systems with double heat sources, energy consume cost and economic characters, appearance quality, chemical composition of cured tobacco leaves of traditional flue-curing barn and new type of flue-curing barn were studied. The results showed that compared with traditional flue-curing barn, in the production practice, the new type of flue-curing barn of solar photoelectrical generation system and heat-supply systems with double heat sources significantly reduced total cost of energy consumption, improved economic characters and appearance quality, made chemical quality more harmonious, and had good popularization value.

供热系统是密集烤房的重要组成部分[1-2]。近年来,随着生产力水平的不断提高,烤房供热方式呈现多元化发展趋势,烟叶烘烤实践中逐渐出现了天然气、柴油、煤油、太阳能、空气能、生物质能、电能和醇基燃料等新型供热材料[3-8]。为了适应经济发展水平,我国烟草科研人员也进行了大量的研究[9-20]。林伟等[21]利用生物质颗粒燃料代替煤炭燃料,采用智能生物颗粒燃料燃烧机,对密集式烤房进行简单改造,与普通密集式烤房进行烟叶烘烤对比试验,结果发现,采用新型生物质燃料热风炉供热烤房在烘烤管理时间上节省了21.7 h,燃料成本比煤炭多出188.72元-1(炕),耗电成本节省了16.06元-1(炕),人工成本节省216元-1(炕),上中等烟比例提高了3.01个百分点,均价提高了1.54元kg -1。张大斌等[22]采用煤、电、油作为供热能源,配套密集烤房作为试验烤房,与传统的单能源密集烤房进行烘烤对比试验,结果表明,与普通密集烤房相比,混合能源密集烤房中1 kg干烟的能耗为2.2元,降低了0.8元。向裕华等[23]研制了碳氢有机质燃料烘烤设备,结果表明,碳氢有机质燃料烘烤设备具有燃料利用率高、升温快、控温灵活、保温效果好等特点;与密集烤房供热系统相比,每千克干烟的总能耗降低了20.4%~36.4%,节能效果明显。但是关于太阳能光伏发电系统与双热源供热系
