摘要
本次课题研究的主要内容是围天然橡胶耐热性能研究进展展开的。
自橡胶工业开始以来,天然橡胶一直是一种应用最广泛的原料。尽管今天已有大量的合成橡胶问世,但天然橡胶仍是一种任何合成橡胶不能取代的,具有综合的独特性能的材料,这些性能包括高撕裂强度,耐切割,耐磨和高弹性等。虽然天然橡胶有许多优点,但也有缺陷而限制其使用,它们是低的耐热性和不耐许多的润滑剂。同时,当这些材料失效时,常通过硫化复原而失效,可使应用它的场合产生污染和出现必须处理的问题。由于上述原因,配料人员要想得到能耐热耐油的弹性体,不得不失去一些必要的弹性和撕裂性能,而现有的合成橡胶要获得天然橡胶这些必要的性能,就要花大成本甚至不能实现。
研究表明,采用亚硝基苯酚和双异氰酸酯作用制备的产物作为一种新型硫化剂,它被命名为“Novor”结果表明,随着Novor用量的减少,天然橡胶的耐热性增加,不足的是,Novor用量的增加,撕裂性能、拉伸性能等变差,同时也降低了硫化速度,增加了生产成本。

Summary
The main content of the research around the heat resistance of natural rubber research started. Since the beginning of the rubber industry, is a natural rubber has been the most widely used raw materials. Although today there are a lot of the advent of synthetic rubber, natural rubber, but still a no no substitute for synthetic rubber, with the unique properties of composite materials, these properties include high tear strength, resistance to cutting, abrasion, and high flexibility.
