摘要:主要介绍一种工作在2. 4 ~ 2. 5 GHZ ISM 频段的短距离无线通信收发信机射频前端模块.
该模块由低噪声放大器(LNA )、上/ 下变频器、锁相环(PLL )频率合成器以及射频/ 中频滤波器等
构成,并集成在一块97 mm X 66 mm 的PCB 板上. 文中在理论分析和仿真基础上对射频前端电路
进行了设计和研制. 发射通道输出信号频谱和接收通道解调信号的测试结果表明,该射频模块可
应用于蓝牙或IEEES02. llb 无线局域网等短距离无线通信系统.

Abst ract : This paper presents the design of an RF front end module for a short range Wireless
communication transceiver that operates in the 2. 4 to 2. 5 GHZ ISM freguency band. The module is
composed of LNA, up/doWn converter , PLL synthesiZer and RF/ IF filter . All the circuits have been

integrated to one 97 mm 66 mm PCB. The design of RF front end circuits is given on the basis of
theoretical analysis and simulation . The test results that output signal spectrum of transmitting path and
demodulated signal of receiving path shoW that the RF module can be applied for short-range Wireless
communication systems, such as Bluetooth or
