PAGE ii 黑龙江东方学院 本 科 生 毕 业 论 文（设 计） 仙人掌果籽的主要营养成分分析 黑龙江东方学院本科生毕业论文（设计） PAGE i 仙人掌果籽的成分分析 摘 要 我国拥有丰富的仙人掌资源，每年有大量的仙人掌果用于生产果汁或者其他工业产品，而含有丰富的营养成分的果籽却被作为废弃物，极大地浪费了资源。为了进一步综合开发利用我国的仙人掌类植物资源，争取更大的经济效益和社会效益；本文采用了化学分析法和仪器分析法测定仙人掌果籽中各种营养物质的含量，主要测定蛋白质、脂肪、粗纤维、总糖、灰分、钙、铁、锌的含量。 关键词：仙人掌果籽；营养成分 黑龙江东方学院本科生毕业论文（设计） The analysis of ingredients of cactus seed Abstract Our country has rich resources of cactus seed , many cactus fruit are used in the production of fruit juice or other industrial products every year, however, seeds of the cactus which contain nutrient-rich was as a waste, even a great waste of resources. In order to the further development and utilization of our countrys cactus-type plant resources, and strive for greater economic and social benefits, by taking the method of chemical analysis and instrumental analysis In this paper, I measure various nutritional ingredients of cactus seeds, mainly measuring the contact of protein, fat, crude fiber, total sugar, ash, calcium, iron and zinc.
