西部地区区域经济发展差距的现状及对策研究 摘要 自改革开放至今，中国西部地区在新的技术型领导人的带领下，不论是经济发展、现代通讯、改善教育，还是提高人民生活水平和放宽社会和政治控制方面，都取得了令人瞩目的成就。但西部地区一直以来受制于一些自然和社会历史因素的制约，使得本地区间的区域发展差距异常明显，特别是区域之间发展和福利水平的不平衡，影响了发展的质量和社会的和谐。 那么应当如何认识和评价改革以来中国的区域政策及其效果呢？区域政策存在的主要问题和今后完善的方向又是什么？如何充分抓住各区域间的特色进行规划，缩小区域间经济发展差距，使本地区整体经济得以加快发展，成为研究的关键。在本文的写作中，以此作为出发点，探讨研究适合现阶段的促进西部发展财政政策，为我国西部地区发展提出若干有用的建议。 [关键词]?西部地区经济差异；经济发展；区域政策；财政政策 [论文类型]?应用型 Regional?economic?development?gap?between?the?western?region?of?the?Situation?and?Countermeasures?
