摘 要 随着计算机技术的飞速发展和计算机技术的普及，计算机越来越多的应用在企业管理中。企业的人事和客户信息管理是企业管理的两个重要内容，传统管理方法不仅繁冗复杂，而且低效。本系统正是基于改变这种现状，采用高级开发工具，分别开发了企业人事和客户信息管理系统。 本文基于ACCESS数据库和JAVA语言，开发了企业人事管理系统，该系统界面简洁友好，操作简单，可以大大的提高人事管理的效率，减少企业在人事管理上花费的人力和财力。本系统可供企业管理人员查询，修改企业的人事信息。企业新聘人员，减员，或企业内部发生人事调动，工资变化，只需及时对系统进行数据更新，系统即能反映企业当前的人事情况。 同时，本文使用Microsoft Visual Studio 2008开发了企业客户信息管理系统，使得企业的客户管理工作更加系统化、规范化、自动化，从而达到提高企业客户管理的效率。企业客户管理系统能够对企业客户基础信息、客户档案浏览、客户资料查询 、客户资料统计、日常记事、通讯录、数据库备份和还原及清空等功能。人事及客户信息的变更，必须需要管理人员已管理员身份登录，保证了系统的安全性。系统的总体任务是使企业管理人员可以轻松快捷地完成对企业客户管理的任务。 初步实验表明，本系统可基本满足小中型企业的部分需求，并切实提高企业的人事及客户管理效率，节省了企业的管理支出，从而具有一定的经济效益。 的重要部分提取出来，并做出相应的判断和处 关键词: 企业 信息管理 管理效率 数据库 Abstract Along with computer technology rapid development and computer technology popularization, computers have more and more applications in business management. Enterprises personnel and customer information management plays the important role in the enterprise management, the traditional management method is not only complicated and complex, but also low efficiency. This paper is just the enterprise’s personnel and customer information management system development, basing on the advanced software development tools.
