舒心口服液对室性心律失常心率变异性影响探究[摘要] 目的：探讨舒心口服液对室性心律失常患者心率变异性（HRV）的影响及对室性心律失常的治疗作用。方法：选取我院室性心律失常患者130例，随机分为两组，治疗组为舒心口服液组，对照组为盐酸普罗帕酮（心律平）组，每组65例。均在治疗前、治疗8周时对两组患者的HRV改变及室性心律失常情况进行比较。结果：治疗组使用舒心口服液治疗8周时，多项HRV指标异常程度减轻、HRV昼夜节律恢复，与对照组比较差异有高度统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论：舒心口服液可使室性心律失常患者HRV异常减轻，从而减少室性心律失常事件的发生。 [关键词] 舒心口服液；室性心律失常；心率变异性 [中图分类号] R541.7 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-7210（2011）11（b）-181-02 Study of influences of Shuxin Oral Liquid on heart rate variability of patients with ventricular arrhythmia SHAO Jing, ZHANG Xiumei The First Affiliated Hospital of He’nan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, He’nan Province, Zhengzhou 450000, China [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the influences of Shuxin Oral Liquid on the heart rate variability (HRV) of patients with ventricular arrhythmias and its curative effects on ventricular arrhythmia. Methods: 130 patients with ventricular arrhythmia were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was Shuxin Oral Liquid group and the control group was Propafenone group, with 65 patients for each group. The HRV changes and ventricular arrhythmia conditions of the two groups of patients before and after treatment for 8 weeks were compared. Results: After treatment for 8 weeks, abnormalities of multiple HRV indicators of the treatment group reduced and circadian rhythm of HRV recovered, with statistically significant differences to the control group (P＜0.01). Conclusion: Shuxin Oral Liquid can reduce HRV abnormalities of patients with ventricular arrhythmia, thereby reducing the incidence of ventricular arrhythmia. [Key words] Shuxin Oral Liquid; Ventricular arrhythmia; Heart rate variability 室性心律失常是心脏病临床常见的心律失常之一，轻者可不作处理，严重者可导致患者血流动力学异常引起猝死等，造成严重的不良后果。目前临床常用的抗心律失常西药较多，但都有一定得副作用，甚至加重心律失常的发生。因此选择高效且不良反应少的抗心律失常药物是国内外临床医师长期研究的课题。笔者经过临床实践观察发现舒心口服液对于各种原因引起的室性心律失常，具有疗效满意、副作用少的特点。现报道如下： 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 选取2008年1月~2010年3月在我院住院的符合室性心律失常西医诊断，见有室性早搏Lown分级在2~4A级之间的130例患者。其中，男73例，女57例；年龄44～65岁，平均（42±11）岁；合并冠心病86例，非冠心病44例。将其随机分为治疗
