低品位铷铯矿处理试验研究

摘 要: 介绍了低品位铷铯矿采用氯化焙烧提取铷铯的方法, 详细考查了焙烧过程添加剂的用量、 焙烧
温度和浸出液固比等技术参数对铷、 铯入液率的影响。 试验结果表明, 该工艺可处理低品位铷铯矿, 采用
技术参数: 氧化钙和氯化钙分别添加原矿的 30% 和 15% , 焙烧温度 800 ℃ , 液固比4 ∶ 1, 铷、 铯入液率
高≥97% 。

Experimental Study of Low Grade Rubidium and
Cesium Ore Processing

ABSTRACT : This paper introduces extracting method to the low-grade rubidium and cesium
ore by chlorination roasting , investigates in detail the effects of the additive amounts ,
roasting temperature and liquid/ solid leaching ratio and so on the technical parameters on
leaching rate of rubidium and cesium in roasting processing. The experiment results show that ,
this technique can treat low -grade rubidium and cesium ore. The experimental parameters
were as follow : calcium oxide and calcium chloride were added 30% and 15% respectively ,
roasting temperature was 800 ℃ , and the liquid/ solid leaching ratio is 4 ∶1. Under that
condition the leaching rate of rubidium and cesium is hingher than 97% respectively.
