低品位石英矿浮选提纯的试验研究

摘要对辽宁朝阳地区长石石英矿进行了反浮选脱铝提纯研究,以油酸钠为长石活化剂,六偏磷酸钠为石
英抑制剂,十二胺盐酸盐为长石捕收剂,在pH=5.0左右条件下的浮选试验结果表明,以SiO:93.01%,A1:O,
5.28%较低品位石英矿为原料,磨矿细度一0.055nml占85%,经过脱泥一反浮选,得到SiO:含量99.62%,回收率
60.42%的粗精矿,对粗精矿进行再磨再选一精矿脱泥,最终精矿经过高温干燥得到了SiO:含量99.95%的石英
粉。对浮选产品的扫描电镜和能谱分析表明,消除细粒矿泥在精矿表面的罩盖是石英粉提纯的关键。
