Therefore, the scale and speed of construction industry has been greatly improved in all aspects, Supply Chain Management in Project Management is also paid more and more attention. To this end, this paper analyzes common project management models at home and abroad, base on existing research results and combine with the development of the situation of project management, studies the rational model of project management application through the construction supply chain analysis, and drawn to the construction supply chain management mode which as the central of project management company.
