摘要
理想的分布式视觉检测系统要求其图像采集处理单元体积小,功耗低,抗干 扰能力强,能够完成数据预处理。 CMOS 数字图像传感器具有功耗低、体积小、 集成度高等优点,能够满足分布式视觉检测系统的要求。本文将嵌入式系统应用
于图像采集处理单元中,使图像采集,数据预处理,网络传输等模块集成化,从 而大大提高了图像采集处理单元的性能。本文提出图像采集处理单元解决方案并 加以验证,基于嵌入式系统的图像采集处理单元更适于在工业现场分布式视觉检 测系统中应用。
本文在提出图像采集处理单元整体设计方案的基础上,对所提出方案进行了 硬件和软件的详细分析与设计。硬件方面,通过分析比较,利用 COMS 数字图
像传感器进行图像采集,设计了基于嵌入式系统的 Vrrtex-II Pro 型 FPGA 图像采
集处理电路,使用用户 P 核控制视觉传感器和外部 SRAM 进行图像数据实时采 集和存储。软件方面,利用用户 E 核和固定 E 核配合内部总线搭建系统平台, 为相关 E 核编写了驱动程序,并将嵌入式 TCPIIP 协议枝-uIP 移植到系统中以 实现基于以太网的图像数据实时传输。
根据系统硬件和软件的设计方案,本文使用实验室现有 FPGA 开发模拟系统 对设计方案进行了验证。实验表明,本文所提出的解决方案完全可行,图像采集 处理单元能够实现对 COMS 数字图像传感器所采集图像的实时采集、存储与传
输等功能。

ABSTRACT
The ideal image acquisition and processing units of the distributed vísual inspection system are demanded as small size,low power,low cost,hígh ability of anti-jamming and the ability of data pretreatmen t.CMOS digital image sensor has the merits as low power,small size and high level of integration ,which can meet the demand of distributed visual inspection system. This paper places emphasis on the application of embedded system technologies in image acquisition and processing unit, integrates the modules as image acquisítion ,data pretreatment ,network 仕ansmission
