环路热管多孔结构的毛细抽吸性能及其制备与优化的中期报告 摘要: 本研究针对环路热管多孔结构的毛细抽吸性能进行了中期报告。首先采用不同的制备工艺和参数制备出了不同孔径和孔隙率的多孔结构,并通过扫描电子显微镜和压汞技术对其形貌和孔隙率进行了表征。其次,在自然对流的条件下,实验研究了不同孔隙率和孔径的多孔结构在稳态和瞬态下的毛细抽吸性能,并分析了影响多孔结构毛细抽吸性能的因素,如毛细管半径、孔径大小、孔隙率等。最后,通过优化多孔结构的制备条件,提高其毛细抽吸性能。本研究结果表明,多孔结构的孔隙率对毛细抽吸速率的影响较大,同时也证明了优化制备条件可以显著提高多孔结构的毛细抽吸性能。 关键词:环路热管;多孔结构;毛细抽吸性能;制备优化 Abstract: This midterm report focuses on the capillary suction performance of porous structures in loop heat pipes. Firstly, porous structures with different pore sizes and porosity were prepared with various methods and parameters. The morphologies and porosity were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and mercury intrusion porosimetry. Secondly, under the natural convection condition, the capillary suction performance of porous structures with different pore sizes and porosity in steady and transient states were experimentally studied, and the factors affecting the capillary suction performance such as the capillary radius, pore size and porosity were analyzed. Finally, by optimizing the preparation conditions of porous structures, the capillary suction performance was improved. The results show that porosity has a significant influence on the capillary suction rate of porous structures, and it is proved that optimizing the preparation conditions can significantly improve the capillary suction performance of porous structures.
